We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from custommygifts.com. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help with our straightforward returns and refund process.

Return Policy:

  • You have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and there will be no refund.
  • Certain items, such as intimate wear or personalized products, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons.
  • Please understand that if the product is not damaged or incorrectly shipped, return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense. (include order's shipping fee)

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Provide your order details and reason for the return.
  3. You'll receive instructions on how to proceed, including the return address.

Refund Process:

  • Please inform us after the return and indicate the tracking number, So that we can recognize the status of the goods and check them in time.
  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we'll initiate the refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to reflect in your account.

Exchanges:

At the moment, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, you can initiate a return and then place a new order.

Cancel:

  • Orders within 24hrs can be cancelled free of charge.
  • A handling fee would be charged for orders within 24-48 hours, whose amount is 15% of the order amount.
  • Orders over 48 hours cannot be cancelled.

  • The refund would be back to the customer's payment account in 3-7 business days once the cancel request is approved.
